Reminder emails
Which emails we send about your events, and how to turn them off.
We email the event owner when:
- 80% of responses are used, and when the limit is reached,
- the event closes within the hour,
- the export window closes in 24 hours and in 2 hours,
- responses have been deleted,
- a payment or refund is processed,
- flood protection switches on.
Turn reminders off for one event under More → Reminder emails on the event page. Receipts are always sent.
