When responses are deleted

To protect attendees, responses are deleted automatically 7 days after your export window closes. We email you before the export window ends and again when responses are deleted.

What's kept afterwards: the event itself, its totals, and — if you shared a results report — the report's numbers and poll results. No response text is kept.

Tip: Download the Excel export before the window closes if you need the responses later.
