Questions, answered.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes. Your audience never gives a name, email or account. Hosts never see IP addresses, devices, or which answers came from the same person. We only keep scrambled, one-way codes per event to stop spam, and delete them with the responses.
What counts as one response?
One anonymous submission. A poll with ten questions, answered once, is one response.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Upgrade or top up the event in two taps. Every response you already have stays.
What happens when my event ends?
The event stops accepting responses at its end time, automatically. You can still view and export them.
How long can I export?
During the event, and for 48 hours after it ends on the free plan, or 7 days on a paid plan. After that, responses are deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, until your event receives its first response.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, bank transfer and USSD in naira, and cards in US dollars where available. Payments are processed securely by Paystack.
Do attendees need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link, answer, and they're done.
