Playing a quiz

Join

Scan the QR code on the screen (or open the link), choose a nickname and tap Join the quiz. No sign-up, and the host only sees your nickname. Keep it friendly — the host can remove rude ones.

Play

When the host starts, the question appears on your phone with a countdown. Tap your answer — you get one try per question. The faster you answer correctly, the more points you score (up to 1,000).

After each question you'll see whether you were right, your points and your rank. Keep the page open; it moves on by itself.

Trouble?

• "This quiz is full" — every place is taken. Ask the host.
• Stuck on "Waiting"? Check your connection; the page catches up as soon as you're back online.
• One phone is one player. Reloading the page keeps your score.
